University Arts & Science College is governed by a standard collegiate administrative hierarchy, led by the Principal and supported by designated academic and examination coordinators, with each department headed by its own faculty-in-charge.
- Principal – overall head of the institution
- Vice-Principal – assists the Principal in institutional administration
- Academic Coordinator – oversees academic planning and coordination across departments
- DOST Coordinator – coordinates the Degree Online Services Telangana (DOST) admissions process
- Controller of Examinations – Dr. Azmeera Raju – oversees the conduct and administration of examinations
- Heads of Departments – each of the college’s departments (see Academics) is headed by a senior faculty member responsible for departmental academic matters
